Ground Truth Intelligence is the global platform for due diligence and investigations. Based in Shoreditch, London, we are a dynamic tech start-up with big ambitions for transforming the way research is done in the corporate intelligence world.
We are seeking a Client Experience Manager to join us in London. The role will work with the Client Experience team in ensuring clients have a smooth and successful experience on our platform. Aspects of the work required will include operational project administration, oversight of a platform operations team, interacting with stakeholders including clients and partners, and providing input on internal processes and product improvements. A successful candidate must be detail-oriented, self-driven, and a critical thinker.
The following skills/criteria are essential:
- Experience communicating with clients or other stakeholders in a professional context
- Outstanding organisational skills when juggling multiple responsibilities
- A ‘can do’ entrepreneurial mindset
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a research, investigations, corporate intelligence, or anti-financial crime compliance role
- Working understanding of international anti-financial crime compliance regulations and standards (Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Bribery and Corruption), Know Your Customer and Third Party Risk management concepts
- Right to work in the UK

- Agility in learning new software and applications
- Prior work in a start-up environment
- Experience in team management
- Creativity, curiosity and a drive to learn and excel
- Industry-recognised qualifications from ICA/ACAMS/CFCS/etc
